WHAT IS FEM-SHOP RVA?

Fem-Shop RVA is a 24-week retail residency program spotlighting 20+ womxn and locally owned businesses in the heart of Historic Jackson Ward’s Arts District.

Members enjoy dedicated shelf, wall, or rack space, co-working hours, enthusiastic in-store sales support, and ongoing marketing and promotion—all while keeping 100% of their sales. Each member can bring up to 20 different product variations and will have storage space for backstock.

Fem-Shop members receive 116 total days of in-store visibility, equating to over 700 hours of exposure. The full residency cost breaks down to less than $18 per day and includes staffing support to help ensure a smooth and successful experience.

The residency also includes one free event of their choice, financial literacy workshops, and access to hundreds of customers during First Fridays and other vibrant community activations.
